All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your product you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds provided on credit cards will be refunded in the same form and to the same credit card that was originally used for the purchase of the product/s. Please note that refunds on credit cards can take 3-5 days to appear on your bank/card statement.
